First Move

I met my FH in MIRC in 1998, and it was started purely by chatting in the net, then phone calls, then letters, etc.. we never met before, but then in 2003, I met him for the first time face to face, and we both did the first move. in the airport, it was like this: he looked at me, and asked "francesca?" i said yeah, and i asked "swain?" he said yeah. we shook hands, and then we just did the hang out like an old friends. in 2005 we got engaged.. so i kinda confused.. in my case, who did the first move? i guess we both did.. :D

That fool definately made the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth move! We've known each other a few months before we starting dating, and actually I knew his then girlfriend too. Knew her, we weren't friends, just friendly -that's another whole story.

But I even look at him today, and say "I can't believe Tony is my FH" ...I wouldn't NEVER, EVER, gaged at time if I would have thought he would be my FH! But I love that man's footprints now! ...:)

My fh was the one who made the first move. He was the class clown and did everything under the sun to get my attention.

FH definetly! we started as "friends" going to church, movies etc...I really wasn't too sure about getting involved in another relationship and he gave me my space and after time as I was referring to him as my "friend" to everybody he said he didn't need any more "friends" and was looking for a "potential wife" and that was that!! :)

fh made all the moves!! i was not trying to feel him for about a month cause i didn't want a relationship at the time. now here we are!

Fh definitely made the 1st move! He made a quick u-turn and jumped out his van in the rain to meet a sister!

My FH and I meet at a friends wedding. I was going down the church steps. My heel got stuck in a crack and FH caught me on my way down. As I layed in his arms and stared into his beautiful green eyes. I knew he was the one. One problem the man is SUPER shy. So me being the women that I am....I made the 1st move. ;)

Rhony it sure did work. Homeboy laughed me right out of my underwear.

FH made the first move. I saw him for the first time while working for a trucking company. I had been there for almost three years and he was a new hire. I made a rule not to date guys in the same company that I work for. So when he saw me, he just stood there like a deer caught in the headlights. I threw up my hand and left. A few weeks later, I ran into him. I just got back from New York and he was fueling his truck. He spoke and I ended up talking to him for a while. Long story short, his persistance paid off. We've been together ever since.

Not sure who made the first move. We knew each other as kids but fell out of touch for many years. A few boyfriends later, I was at his mother's house and I saw him again with his girlfriend at the time. He says he saw me and thought I was hot but because our families were close, he thought it would be weird.

Anyway, he had a legal problem he thought I could help with so we started meeting up. I gave him my number and he started texting me regularly. His girlfriend was now out of the picture and we started dating. First date on friday (cinema), second date on Sat (theatre and takeaway at my apt) then third date on Sunday (DVD and I cooked!) Long story short, we were relaxing on the sofa when he asked for some ice cream. I couldn't be bothered to get up, so I told him to go to the freezer. He told me he would kiss me if I got him some ice cream. I had been dying for him to kiss me for three days so I said ok. Put it this way, we had our first kiss (which was amazing), no one had ice cream and we've been together ever since!!

Looking back - FH made the first move......definitely!

I DEFINITELY made the FIRST MOVE. I'd met him through my roomates after I came back from spring break freshman year in college...He started visiting us a lot because his friend liked one of my roomates...They would bring videogames, and of course, he loved to play. So I thought I would show him that I could play too (I was a little tomboy back in the day), so with my cute red TH t-shirt dress, I sat down next to him, and proceeded to show him I could play too....Fortunately I was in the middle of breaking up with my ex- and we became friends soon after that...Of course he is so hy so he had his friend talk for him....But I definitely made my move first because I "heard" he liked me, and I liked him too, but I was sick of waiting so I thought i'd "nudge" him along:)

I met FH back in 98 when I was dating his roommate. Roomie and I have only been seeing each other for a couple of weeks when he came by with his friend (my now FH). My folks didn't want any boyfriend in the house so we met at a shopping centre for ice-cream.

I guess his mistake was bringing along the friend because when I saw him come out of the car I totally forgot that I was supposed to be into his roomie.

Well, FH and I became friends as he also had a girlfriend at the time. I was with my then boyfriend for about 2 months when I decided to end things with him simply because I wasn't feeling him at all.

To cut a long story short, FH and I only got together in 2001 when he and the girlfriend broke up. We were together until the end of 2002 when I decided to call it quits because he still had hang-ups about the fact that I used to date his friend and his ego and friends wouldn't let him forget it.

I decided to take a hiatus from serious dating and just concentrate on my studies. He on the other hand met somebody else and they had a baby girl together (she's now 3 years old).

The relationship didn't work out and shortly after the baby was born, FH decided to terminate it. He called me up and asked me out for dinner.

During dinner he explained that he was still in love with me and would like to get back with me. Because I wasn't sure that he has dealt with his issues I let him stew for a while. I couldn't however resist him for long and we ended up together again.

And I must admit, the man has definitely learnt his lessons as he treats me like a queen.

I chuckled when I read that too ...and I thought fairy tail! How beautiful ....that should be your theme (if you don't already have one) ...:)
