i have a venue, a caterer, bridesmaids dresses are ordered, still working on the groomsmen (don't even go there with me right now). mom ordered the cake, the invites are being mailed/hand delivered this week. still waiting to get my dress back from my mia wedding planner. i still need shoes, veil and tiara. i'm doing minimal decorations to the church, but haven't gotten anything yet. i feel like i'm missing something. please help! what else do i need to do in this short period of time?

Do you have a dj, florist, photographer, wedding favors, guestbook, placecards if your doing seating arrangements, programs, undergarments, gifts for bridal party, if you are doing your own centerpieces you will need the items to prepare them, garter, toasting glasses if your venue don't supply them, cake knife if the venue don't supply them, bag or box for your monetary gifts, and your jewelry.

Hi Sweetnlow! You should be just about done and simply tying up loose ends. Here are our wedding checklists print them out and make sure you have done everything. They are great for the tiny last minute details we can overlook.

Welcome to the boards, sensationablyhappy! You guys should also test your centerpiece ideas out as well. How long does it take to set up and assign people to do it for you. You should not do it yourself or evn help anyone do it. Your day before the wedding and your wedding day should be as stress free as possible.

i just wanted to thank you ladies again, this website has been a tremendous blessing to me. today, i got my tiara, my shoes, my undergarment and i also decided on the type of bouquet i want (calla lily) and contacted the florist who will arrange them for me. i don't really want an arrangement, i think the flower itself is so dynamic i just want them wrapped in a beautiful bow and let that be that. i opted for silk flowers for my bms, so i bought the materials for their bouquets and my moh (who happens to be mega artistic) is going to prepare them for me.
This is the most productive day i've had since i started this journey, i finally feel like i'm really gonna be a bride. i know i still have alot to do, but now i know i can do it. thank you again family!!

well the alterations are not complete. i was wondering how in the world i am gonna walk in it, it's so long. i wanted it hemmed but they told me it would take away from the dress. the "sleeves" don't fall off my shoulders anymore so i think he fixed that. they didn't really say anything to me about it, just handed it to me. i'm just glad to have it back.
