LOOKING FOR INFORMATION ON A TIFFANY THEME WEDDING

Congrats on the wedding!!!! I wanted "Tiffany" blue, but I settled with pool blue, found at David's Bridal. I found it easier to find things in pool versus Tiffany blue and the colors are very, very similiar.

Welcome TiffanyBlue. I'm sure there was a LadyDiva up in here who had a tiffany color themed wedding, I will search around the old posts and see what I can bump, I think there were pics too. I've found personally that that blue is always a color option when shopping...must be popular.

The theme for my bridal shower if Tiffany & Co. I ordered tiffany blue invitations that looks like a present. On the tag is all of the information. For my centerpieces I ordered some tiffany blue wrapping paper, some boxes (small- not too small,medium, and large). I wrapped the boxes in the wrapping paper and stacked them. I tied them togethor with a big ribbon so it would look like a giant present. I had three balloons coming out of the top of them. I purchased aqua crystals and sprinkled them on the table around the centerpieces. For the prizes for the games I purchased personalized gift bags in the tiffany color that said Janice & Co. instead of tiffany and co. Maybe for your favors you can buy mini gift bags and have your new last name and co., and inside of it have a framed picture of you and your husband with a little thank you note. Or depending on the amount of guest your having you can get little cupcakes shaped like a tiffany box, or you could get a tiffany style wedding cake.

House I was using the gift box idea also, but I didn't know whether to use the boxes to make a wishing well with or to make them centerpieces. I am confused!!! I thought that the concept of the gift boxes were cute before, but now I see someone has similar tastes as me, so I KNOW that the idea will fly. I have bought so many gift boxes that I need to start something immediately, whatever it will be! Wish me luck

Tdankel- went to a wedding this past weekend (will give a brief synopsis later, lots of helpful hints on what NOT to do)
Anyway they had boxed wrapped centerpeices and they looked really nice, but I would suggest NOT NOT NOT to make them into wishing wells. Not that you would have shady people, but it's always better to keep envelops(money) in ONE contained area rather than all over the place, you know. kids, senile ol' folks, ex-cons, ex-crack heads...lol, you never know.

Hello ladies

I am also having a Tiffany Themed Wedding.I am using chocolate brown as my accent color so that there's not so much of the blue color.My bridesmaids dresses are brown with the blue sashes.The groomsmen suits are also chocolate brown.For my reception decor,I am using two different centerpieces every other table.I am also using 3 different sized stacked boxes with white ribbon.The top box is gonna be open and i'm gonna have white roses coming out of it.The other centerpiece is a tall glass vase with crystals at the bottom with white calla lilies.I'm gonna color the water the Tiffany Blue color.I got that idea from Platinum Weddings.I'm using alot of candles and crystal scattered on the tables,chair covers and linens.All in chocolate and Tiffiany Blue.My favors are Tiffany Boxes.I found those on favorideas.com.I Googled Tiffany Themed Weddings and I found alot of ideas.So you might want to try that if you haven't already or maybe this gives you some ideas.

Along my travels at bridal salons, I havent run into that shade, the closet color was I believe pool, tropical, and aruba. May I suggest you find something close to that color or pick out a dress you like, go to a fabric store,get the color and have someone make their dresses. Most people use boxes wrapped in Tiffany Blue (or aqua) wraaping paper with white ribbons for centerpieces. I'll try to find something more unique. Give me a couple minutes.

I personally think that if you are having a tiffany theme event you use gift boxes wrapped in that color along with the gift bags. Now I have been to a baby shower where they used the tiffany and company gift bags as centerpieces and it was really nice. Here are a few of the pictures of the decor.

I can be called gobo lighting or just image projection. I've heard of people doing it with 35mm slides instead of gobos.

Sophies favors has the tiffany blue wrapping paper. That's where I ordered mines from. It was about 23 dollars for one roll.
