I thought that I was computer literate until I tried and tried to post this pic. I finally got it up after 4 trial and errors, Thank God. I am going for my final fitting next week and hopefully I'll be able to post pics of me in it then.

Oooohhweeeeee, I should've cropped the face picture, too horrible. My son was taking the pictures (badly) and he was making me too mad!!!!! I just wanted to get it over with, and that was just too ugly. Anyways, like I said, I hadn't been fitted yet, but I did want to show some pictures of me in the dress. Tell them Abeni, I don't look this bad for real (lol), but I could've atleast put on a smile and some lipgloss................dang!

Not yet, I am having the hardest time. I am 5'6" and my husband is 5'8". I DO NOT want to be taller than him with the heels and my hair. I know he will have a teensey heel on his dress shoe, but I want something with a very low heel. And I want to be comfortable also. I had the nerve to put my bridesmaids in 4" heels!!! They were too cute y'all, I couldn't resist.

Hey I'm in a similiar boat...I'm 5'7"....my FH is 5'10"...so I wanted low heeled shoes also. I was able to get a pair of 1.5 inch heels and they are very pretty. All you have to do is google Low Heeled Bridal Shoes and you will get many many websites that have everything from flat to 2.5 inches.

Remember not to get your fitting done until you find your shoes. I did mine in wrong order thinking finding a 1.5 kitten inch heel would be easy, boyeee was I wrong. Took me forever just to end up settling for something.

The bridesmaids dresses are all done with the altering but the girls range in height from 4'11" to 5'7" before the shoes. I took some 2inch wedges with me to get altered because that was as high as I am willing to go, so I hope it goes well with the real shoes.

I think the dress looks way better on you than it does on the model I have to say i'm a huge fan of the beadwork that your dress has. And you better get some practice on walking on thoes heels! Whoa!
Girl just about everyone has that look on their face trying on the dress with about a month left...honey its natural, you are aggravated, digging your heels into everything, and everyone just is annoying, loved ones and all. On the final fittings with the veil and tiara, and that dress fitting just right....you'll feel a lot better!
And HONEY, that ain't HARDLY no back fat:)
