My wedding is not until 9/10/05....I am undecided about the ceremony and reception. the banguet has 1 room for the hall and the ceremony, he always has the ceremony and reception in the same room just changed around to a chapel, then the guest goes to the cocktail hour while I take pictures and then the chapel is changed back into a reception hall, it is a very beautiful place I just don't know if we should or not, or have it someone where else....can someone out there give a sista some advice. Thanks!

It sounds like an awful lot of trouble to me. It would really cut down on the logistical aspects of planning if you did a separate place for the wedding and reception. Perhaps another area in the same venue could be used for the reception.
I DON'T WANT TO PANIC YOU FURTHER, BUT CHANCES OF YOUR PICS BEING FINISHED IN AN HOUR IS PRETTY SLIM OR WORSE STILL GETTING EVERYTHING SET UP FOR THE RECEPTION IN AN HOUR!
Do consider an alternate place for the ceremony. This way while pictures are being taken, guests will spend part of that time driving to the reception, then enjoying a pre-dinner drink Then the honor of your presence.

Just think of this saying everytime you get stressed about this wedding. YOU ARE TOO BLESSED TO BE STRESSED!!!! Do the ceremony and the reception in different places. ROSETTA was right!!!
