The two hottest wedding colors will be chocolate brown and a rich orange, although usually not together. Chocolate brown is often paired with pastel colors such as blue, pink or sometimes, though rarely, a celadon green. Rich orange is also a popular choice. Be sure to understand that this is not glaring orange, but rather, one that suggests opulence and often has a bronze undertone. This orange can be paired with red or cream for beautiful results. Here are some great invitations in those colors:
Yes, my colors are burnt orange and ivory for my October wedding. I have a girlfriend who is doing truffle(chocolate) and claret for her wedding on Sept.23rd. These are very popular colors and I didn't realize that our choice was popular until lately. My FH and I thought we were being different because we chose burnt orange which is our favorite color. I guess you also have to consider the time of year when choosing certain colors too!
I have no idea what burnt and creme look like together - now I know how the two colors look but together I am totally lost....hmmm! As silly as that sounds I just can't picture the 2 together.
Charlotte wishes you all a beautiful Christmas filled with loads of love, laughter and the true meaning of this blessed season.
Burnt orange and ivory is a very lovely combination. Rosetta you also gave some very beautiful colors as well. I always thought of these colors as non-traditional, but as I see they are indeed very popular.
