I want to incorporate something during my reception to honor my parents 40th wedding anniversay. Their anniversary is the same day I am getting married.
I really don't know what to do?
Any suggestions?

You could just have the DJ or whomever you like make an announcement and then give them a gift. Also have the DJ play a special song for them to dance to:) I hope I was of some help.
I found a frame that can be personalized with my parents information, that I think I really nice.
I can present it to them at the reception. It's called a "reflections anniversary frame".
Check it out.

I want to find an old picture of my parents to put in there or maybe a recent one. My parents were married at the justice of the peace and I don't believe they have any pictures.
My girlfriend had the same dilemma last year at her wedding. She had the DJ play their favorite song "You and Me Go A Long Way Back" and they danced. It was so sweet to watch them two stepping away enjoying eachother. I like the way she let them dance together to the entire song and didn't cut it short like some djs do. They worked their way up to a little hugging and kissing on the dance floor. It was cute and very appropriate.
I went and ordered the frame on Saturday, so it should be here shortly. Now I need to poke around and find out about some of my parents favorite songs, etc.

That's very nice, do you have a old black and white picture of them to go in it?
Gerri, that's what I am trying to find on the sneak at my parents house. LOL
I should be able to find a really good picture, since they have stacks.
Keep your suggestions coming!! Thanks!
