dont try to please every one because it cant be done. just pick a location that you and your hubby to be will eb happy after all it is your day.you will learn as you plan deeper into your wedding you will see that you cant please the whole family or guest. however best of luck

I'm with Della, stop trying to please everyone...that will only fustrate you and pull your attention away from where it should really be....YOU and YOUR FIANCE....have it where ever you would like it and I guarantee you that the people will come, that 's just how people are..you invite them to a wedding...mind you it could be in JABIM but by hook or crook, they will get there. You do your part and leave the rest up to them. Stop stressing about the small things.

True, true pjohnson04. It really is up to you and your man. Those other folks are not the ones footing the bill and they are also not the ones to live your life afterwards. Your wedding day is all about your dreams and visions of a close to perfect day. You will be uniting before GOD and all that are present. Be comfortable in anything that you decide (plan) and know that it will all work itself out. Enjoy the moment....

Amen guys! Do what you want, pjohnson04! First think of the place you dreamed of having it. Think of unusual venues, golf clubs, aquariums,etc. Then find out how much it cost. If it is what you always wanted, bite the bullet and get it. You can save money on a lot of things,, but people really remember the location. And you will never forget that you had the place you really wanted.
