Hey, Della! Have you considered Missouri Botanical Garden? There are a great many different areas that can be used for the ceremony and the reception. This site, has a list of ceremony venues.

Della while garden weddings are exquisite, pay close attention to the time of year you are getting married, you don't want rain on your parade nah do you :-)

Charlotte wishes you all a beautiful Christmas filled with loads of love, laughter and the true meaning of this blessed season.

Girlfriend why you trying to make my head hurt...all those places are perfect and its so hard to chose. If I must pick, I would go with number 1, oh my goodness, that room is so romantic and I love the lighting, its perfect. But listen, pick the one that is perfect for you, eg. closer to where you are so there will be no confusion with directions etc etc etc. Go book that fabulous place and be the Diva you are.

Charlotte wishes you all a beautiful Christmas filled with loads of love, laughter and the true meaning of this blessed season.

Re: Garden ceremony

I'm not sure how many guests you're expecting or what your budget is but if you talking 100 people or less, The Conservatory in St. Charles is inexpensive and they have packages that include a photographer. The Larimore house in Bellefontane is gorgeous and offer both indoor and outdoor weddings at reasonable prices with a higher guest capacity. Yacovelli restaurant near I270, The Hearts Banquet center of St. Charles and there is a new place open called The Columns but the website isn't up yet.
Best wishes on your search

Re: Garden ceremony

Oh what great ideas, Sistah! The Conservatory in St. Charles is so romantic! Girls try to pick a place where your money will go far. DOn't be afraid to ask what else they can add in for free or at a discount if you book right away. You can get great deals that way. So Della.... WHat did you pick??????

I forgot to mention this other hall I found called the Stegton, also in StCharles. They too have a website and it seems like a nice place too. I'm noticing how they differ in price and taxes. Buyer be aware
