I think I mentioned before in another post that me and FH were debating between Vegas and Cali wedding.FH is having problem with his brother who's house we "were supposed" use forthe wedding. Brother- in-law has a bad habit of ruining peoples weddings with a fight,even his own.For the record he has started a fight at at least 2 family weddings.So FH wants me to plan a wedding in Vegas so we wont have to deal with his brother.Since the wedding would have been at his house he may have started more mess and then I would have to get evil on him for ruining my day.So after planing the whole wedding down to the last minute I will have to change all my plans and look for great wedding sites in vegas.AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I just need to relieve some built up stress!

Is there no hope? are you inviting your guests to vegas or eloping? You could always have the wedding somewhere cheap in town or have a big burly cousin RESSSSSSTRAAAAAAIN your BIL until after you leave on your honeymoon. [lol]

I've look at places here in Cali and I've seen some pretty good deals.I was looking at a Knotts Berry Farm wedding package,and a wedding package at Edwards Mansion here in Cali.Both are beautiful and are among my top 5 places in Cali.I became cool with the fact that he didnt want it at BIL house considering his wedding history (he even went to his niece wedding in Jersey and started a fight!)and keeping the dramam meter to a minimum I was ok with looking for a new sight.
Its just that FH is really insisting on Vegas.He havent really put in much say about the whole thing and this is his only request/want.I guess I could go with it.Yes I will be inviting my guest to Vegas but I dont know how many of te 100 origanally planned to invite will show and If I will have to/need to pay for rooms for.
AllieS...I'm with Rosey...let someone hold his hip down until after the wedding cause he seems to have a serious problem. If you opt t have the wedding in Vegas you can inform your guest and present them with the package for flight, hotel and transportation that way they will know straight up what time it is and decide and inform you as to whether or not they will be coming.

Hmmmmm...What's your BIL's name?He may be related to me!I have a few family members like that but they don't really act up until they have a little alcohol.That's why they wont be invited to my wedding.

No Platinum this was before the drinking started! He's just that way.Always gotta ruin the day.I cant not invite him because his wife is my MOH.And now the situation is getting worse. Me and FH havent asked the attendants to be attendants yet and he's telling everybody who we picked!Since I work at his house (daycare) I do alot of my planning there because I spend more time there than at home. FH is feeling a little pressured to add him as a groomsman because he's whinning about his wife being in the wedding and he's not.I need to scream again....AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Don't scream - just slap him one - that'll snap him back into reality and then and only then he may behave his silly self - he is too old for this.

That's ridiculous and so sad!He needs to grow up.Maybe it's his way of being the center of attention.
