You can play Human Musical Chairs. The men line up side by side and kneel on one leg and the women walk around them.
Just like musical chairs, when the music stops, the women find the nearest knee on a guy and parks it. The winner of course is the last man and woman on his knee. This is fun. Think of a very full figured woman flopping on the knee of a 140lb man. Also, if a man drops the woman during the game or if she falls on her own, both are out.
I like these kinds of games. They are unexpected and tons of fun!

Rosey sounds like fun - but Lord help the skinny man who happens to end up with a tubby - he may just eliminate himself when he sees her coming....you know how people flop themselves on the chair when they play....oh my oh my!!!
