My concern is these wishy washy people who keep bailing on you - first the videographer know the photographer? Girl you need to post there address so other brides in your area do not bother with them. That's just bad business.

Are they just friends that you are giving you business to, or do you have a contract? Did you give a deposit?
Obviously these wishy washy videographers and photographers did not watch Bridezilla other wise they would know you just do not mess with a bride especially close to her wedding - You looking to get hurt in a bad way man!

That is such a problem. Why did they bail exactly? Were you having a bridezilla moment? if so can you still get them to shoot the wedding if you ask nicely? Photographers can be pretty sensitive and high strung. They are fine artists after all.
See that's the thing right there...if they were in this business long, they should know how brides are at that point and should be prepared for situations when they arise - I can't see them bailing on her for that - this is a competitive world and you gatta step up your game if you are going to survive - hell! if they are that good - they should have someone there specifically for the bride to help sooth her anxieties.

Sorry I'm just now getting back to you everyone! I actually gave a deposit and he said that, I will get my money back. the reason for him bailing on my was he's moving out of town to take care of a sick relative. (don't know if that's true or not) All I know is I have to find somebody at the rate he gave me which is $700.00 package!
You better get your money from him before he leaves town - he sounds shady to me, I would stalked his butt until I got my money....I mean white on rice!

Good luck on you search for a new photographer. Maybe you can ask him if he could recommend another photographer to you or go through the phone book and call around. Bridal shops can often make referrals too. Your videographer may even be able to help you out. It's going to work out just trust and believe.

I'm sorry you're going through this, we all have emergencies in life, but he should have handle this better. He's not a good business man if he had any tact or ethics he would have secured a replacement for you before bailing. Get your money back and say good riddance to bad rubbish!
Picked up my money from the photographer, happily I did check out those site and I will call them and set up a meeting hopefully they aren't booked on my day nor or they too costly. Thanks! I'm still trying not to be stressed, but believe me it's getting really hard for me!!!!
Yes it is, the closer the Wedding Date gets, the more stressed you can become, and they Day of the wedding your heart will be in popping out your chest with nervousness, and happiness, and all the great feeling that come along with your Wedding Day. Did you have a contract with the photographer? Why don't you check the company doing your videography to see if they offer a photo-video package.
