Welcome Plum...as an individual I think its totally up to you when deciding on veil or no veil.I knoe some of the ladies who are getting married for the secind time will not be wearing a veil. I think everybody needs to make their own traditions.I say if you dont wanna wear a veil then dont.
I struggled with this question as well, and because we are renewing vows it was an even bigger question for me. In the end I decided that this is MY day and that I am wearing a veil because that's what I want.

I think the veil adds drama to the whole package. But a hot tiara or hair ornaments will be just as hot.
I will be wearing a veil. My FH requested that I wear one and he wants to lift the blusher from my face when we are pronounced man and wife. He only made two requests and that was one of them. So you know I got to give him what he wants. I just have to find the right one. I want some crystals or something on it.

I am located in beautiful Barbados! I am doing pretty well with the date being so close and everything...i felt a pang of nervousness today when I was sworn in when my fiance and I collected our marriage licence...then to top it off my cubicle mate at work reminded me that it is just a couple of days away...all i have been saying to myself is that I am planning a big party...:-) Wish me luck...but I know I will be fine. Of course I will post pics after...

Hello this will be my second and you bet your bottom dollar I will have a veil--as a matter of fact it will be longer than it was at my first wedding.
