FH and I have a minister to marry us. The problem is he is ordained for NY. As a result of having to change our venue (wedding and reception were held in the same place) from NY to NJ we are in the need of a licensed NJ minister. My question is I was told that it doesn't matter if the minister is from NY if we receive a marraige license from NJ. I am clueless. Can you ladies offer some advice on this one. My wedding is fastly approaching and I don't want to wake up and find that my marraige isn't valid. Help!!!!
