I was wrong Ask-A-Lot! I went to the website and listened to some James Brown songs and I did understand alot of the songs. He has a cute one called Good Lovin'. It's a fast old one.

Does the song have to be slow? You can create your own tradition. Your father might appreciate something like that.

Exactly! Your D.J. could make some kind of cute announcement before you guys dance to tie the whole thing together like..... Say he asked your Dad based this day that he has married off his daughter how does he feel? Everyone would expect this slow sappy song and he could break into " I Feel Good"!!

I swear I can not remember - all I know is that it is such a wonderful song and perfect for a father/daughter dance. It depends on how it makes you feel that will determine if that was it or not.

There is a slow one called Try Me. The lyrics I heard were good but.... It was just a snipet f the song.so check into that one.
