Charly,you go on ebay and search for whatever you are looking for, if you see something that you want on some there is a bid and/or buy it now option. You will have create an account with a login and password to be used if you want to bid on something. What I do when there is a few days until the auction ends is to click on watch this item and then bid on it on the last day. You will get email alerts telling you when it will end or if you have been outbidded. It's very easy once you get use to it. Enjoy and don't spend all of your money!

Rony, my future mother in law found it and for 72 ivory candles and 72 clear glass votive holders all she paid was $56 which included shipping/handling! Glad I could help!

Yes it does. Paypal is a vehicle for making online purchases. A lot of sites use their services. It is safe and secure. I haven't had a problem.

Yes, you put your credit card info in your paypal account. You can actually store up to 3-4 accounts on there so when you get ready to purchase an item on ebay you just click on which ever pay option(account) instead of putting in your info every time you purchase something.

Sorry Charly, I misunderstood. I will be using a clear dish with silver floating candles. I thought you were talking about the two side floral arrangements shown in the picture. I will be using navy blue silk floral arrangements on the side as well, just like it is shown in the picture.
