Ladies I am a DIY bride and I was wondering if you could give me ideas on how to make my ceramony full of greenery. I like flowers but I like greenery more. I am getting married in a church but I dont know how to do the decorations.Any suggestions?

Hi Allies you can incorporate some of these with your flowers. Or you can make an arrangement using these.

Do you want real greenery or silk?If you want the "real deal",check out your local nursery.Also,Wal-mart,Lowes,and Home Depots' garden centers have beautiful plants. If you decide on artificial plants, try ferns and ficus trees.Wal-mart,Garden Ridge, and Michael's are excellent places to look.Keep checking the advertisements in the newspaper, especially on Sunday and their websites. As summer starts to end,a lot of these places are having clearance sales on these items.Good luck.

Plat is right...go to Michaels or your local craft store and check out their books on decoration, and check out the greenery...some have silk flowers in it of any color, some don't...
1. You can decorate the base and the arm of the candleabra with ivy vines.
2. If you get one of those arches for you all to stand under at the alter, you can decorate it with lights and tulle, and some greenery.
3. You can decorate the sides of the aisle runner with greenery so it looks like a garden pathway and put a few flowers intermingled in it....
4. You can rent or buy some of those trees they sell at Walmart or your local wedding rentals company and add some lights to it....
I hope this helps....its all I can think of off the top of my head.
