Napkins- For your party website I saw some pretty personalized napkins in Brides Magazine and I wanted them so I went to their reference section and this was it. It does different fonts, colors, and even positions of your names or initials! (Nice price)....Also most sites that does invitations and favors usually offers napkins...The website above is the cheapest I found that does the napkins like this.

Place Cards- You can go to any craft or party store...I even saw some at the Dollar Tree, Walmart, and Target! You just have to get a nice calligraphy pen!

Cake boxes- You can get them from a craft store
I see them online for about $30.00-$35.00/50 boxes personalized, but I bet if you get some small gift boxes (non-wedding) big enough for the piece of cake, some pretty ribbon and some gift tags, use that caligraphy pen to make a cute present (favor) for guests!
