Under one Post

Good question. That's one of my several dilemnas that I'm dealing with also. I'm not sure I want that typical "wedding march" song. I'm open to suggestions on this one too. I'd like my day to be something for all to remember & talk about for years to come. Not just another "Yea, I did that too; no big deal" type of thing.

I am coming in to "You are the Sunshine" by U.N.V. It's a song most people have never heard of. The group was basically a one hit wonder, and the song is one of those that you just have to have the CD to have heard it before.

My FH will be singing a song he wrote for me And that is the song I am coming in on (smile)

I always start with in my opinion so as nt to offend anyone since i have a strong personality. But everything has been done b4! and unfortunatly our weddings will never be as special to anyone else as it is to us. In time, people will just remember it was a beautiful wedding, nt what song u come in to. So with that being said, It shld be something that means a whole lot to you. While my 1st wedding was beautiful and people talked 4 a long time about it, I think it was because i did what i felt. This time, and it will be the last, lol my procession will be come in on an old Stephanie Mills song titled YOU AND I. wanted it the 1st time bt ex hated the song. I will come in to Will Downing Jr. CRAZY LOVE. because it fits the circumstances of our relationship and past history to a tee. So go w/something that means a lot to both of you and forget everyone else. afterall, it's your wedding!!!!!

My FH wants me to walk in to Jahiem's "Forever", I like Jesse Powell's "You" but nothing is set in stone as of now.

at the moment it is between Amel Larrieux's Make Me Whole & the beginning of Smokie Norful's I Need You Now (i'll post the lyrics) but that may also change.
Speaking of Smokie Norful, when that man sings I need you know man oh man, I feel that song deep down in my bones!

I thought about several songs, "Beautiful Girl" from the bestman sound track. The beginning of Pattie Labelle "If Only You Knew", There are so many i can't remember them all. I do know it want be Luther's "Here and Now". I really not sure yet.I am not any hurry either though I have time....LOL

I will be coming down to The One He Kept for me because that's exactly how I feel! As for the wedding party at this point they are coming into "New Birth" by Jeff Majors. It's a nice instrumental. However, I may change it.

I was thinking of coming down the aisle to Whitney Houstons, "I Believe in You and Me." I didn't realize there were 2 versions on that CD. Anyway, I'm gonna use the more accapella version. Any suggestions?

Was anyone able to find the sheet music or instrumental for make me whole? If so will you share. I really need it for my wedding next month.

Hi ladies. I think I have finally decided to walk down the aisle to "Whenever You Call" by Mariah Carey and Brian McKnight. I debated on making it our first dance song but i think it is a little too slow for FH...LOL I just love this song. I play it everyday in my car nice and loud and my eyes tear up!

It is on Mariah's #1's album.

I love this Dru Hill song called " Millions"

The lyrics start off like:

I love this song and I can't get it out of my head....But we haven't decided anything yet! We're working on it though

I dont recall ever hearing that song by dru hill.
