Well ladies I'm sure you noticed that I haven't been on for a minute. But I am back. My sister-in-law sent me some information for an audition (for my daughter) for a choir/scholarship that is been headed up by Vy Higgensen ("Mama I Want To Sing") and Cissy Houston (Whitney Houston's Mom). I called and made an appointment for my daughter and they asked that she have two gospel songs prepared. Well we got there and she was next up, and she took that microphone and sang her little heart out, then they asked her to sing "Amazing Grace". I wasn't sure if she knew the words, but she did. They chose her on the spot!!! God is so good! I am so grateful. She begins her rehearsals next Saturday. I just wanted to share this news with the sisterhood, because it is so important that we celebrate our children!

Rhony, tell your daughter that I said congratulations!!!! That is so wonderful. She must can sang for them to pick her on the spot!!! Keep us posted with the progress of the choir. If they're in concert, I'd love to attend.
