Hi, this is my first vist and I was wondering what you guys think of having fog as the wedding party comes down . I don't want it to be every where just covering the floor, to make it look like we're walking on clouds. Also I want to have my groom walk down. what do you think. have any ideas ?

Bella,
Welcome to the site first of all. I think the fog sounds like it could be very pretty if not to thick. I recommed a trial run to make it's really what you want. My girlfriend got married in November and all the groomsman walked down the aisle. Her husband really enjoyed being able to do this. He smiled from ear to ear. This gave him an opportunity to feel as important as the bride. You know we steal the show once we enter.

All I can picture is Rhony's husband when he came down. He was grinning and laughing the whole time going down. Rhony, he had me cracking up!!!! lol

Girl we laugh at that also. When I watch the wedding DVD it makes me cry everytime I see it. Everybody was talking about that big cheese grin that he had on his face! I will never forget it as long as I live -- LOL!!!

Princess my husband insisted on having his time to shine. When we had the wedding rehearsal, he told the coordinator that he didn't want to come from the back office because it was his day too. I'm glad he did because it created such an awesome memory for us.

My ceremony is outside so the groom has to walk down, and he is not that thrilled. I love the fact he will have his time to shine, but he is used to seeing people come from the back office of the church and was comfortable with that. As for the fog, will this be inside or outside? I can see the whole cloud/angel look, is this part of your theme?
Rhony, this is a memory you will NEVER be able to forget. lol
I want FH, the pastor and Best Man to walk down the aisle too. He's a little hesitant, but I think he's going to do it. :-)

I like but I agree you need do a trial run first that is definetly unique and sounds romantic.

Belle I think that is really romatic, yet I can't help but wonder how everyones hair will fare? Do you think that'll be a problem? Only because this past october I was at a party with a fog machine and ALL our heads were TORE UP by hour two. Not a good look, trust.
