the dress

I was engaged but didn't go thru with the plans, but I have the gown still sitting in the closet and it'll be a year since I bought it- do I keep it or sell it?

Re: the dress

will You be going through with the plans?

If you go through with the plans will you want to wear the dress that you brought before, or would you want a new dress that can symbolize the renewal of the relationship?

Those are the questions to ask yourself.

We were not going through with the plans and I had already brought my dress and he had his suit.

After much turmoil and pain we are reuntied and we donated our "old" clothes to good will. Although never worn, they represented for us something that was not good.

If you need the money sell it, if not give it away.

Re: the dress

Sell it, save the money and get you a new dress. Start fresh with a new dress with a new marriage. MzTajsa is RIGHT!
