Well, ladies my invites went out TODAY. I guess this is really happening... I am excited and a little stressed, I am still trying to get everything wrapped up. I have promised myself that I would not loose sight that this was about celebrating our marriage and family, and that if everything was not perfect then that's OK but I will tell you what, there are SO many things that I still have to do. I will be glad when all of the preparations are done and we can just enjoy our day!

You are fortunate enough to have a vow renewal ceremony -- what a blessing! Girl enjoy this time, your special day will be here before you know it! You are creating wonderful memories for you and your husband. Try not to stress to much! Time has a way of flying by so quickly. I have been married a little over 5 months and it seemed just like I walked down the aisle yesterday. Married life is wonderful isn't it!

Yes Rhonnie, it is wonderful. It is a blessing to be able to renew and it is even more of a blessing that we WANT to marry each other again! Thank you for helping me to keep perspective.

Ok, ladies Dh, our two oldest boys ( Tyus and Tristen) and 2 of my brothers went to be fitted for thier tuxes for the wedding yesterday. I think MAN time kicked in and he realized how close our vow renewal is because when we left the tux shop he was asking me a MILLION and one questions about all of the tiny details that I have already though about, obsessed over and worked out! LOL LOL LOL. It was so interesting to see my husband ( the calmest person I know) get anxious about the wedding... this time I had to calm HIM down, and we went over everything when we got home and for the first time he acknowledged that I have worked very hard on everything. Ladies, hearing him say that made me smile, because as you know it is hard work but I think in the end it will all be worth it.

Yes, it absolutely will be worth it. You obviously have put in a lot of effort and time into this wedding/vow renewal. I can tell by your DH's excitement that he feels the same way.

Print and assemble the wedding coloring books for the kids.
Hot glue gold ribbon around the pillar candles.
Get suuples for and assemble the goodie bags for the kids.
Assemble the bridesmaids gift bags.
Get candy and assemble and label guest favors.
I guess I better GET ON IT!!!

I hear ya Georgia! I did a lot of things myself too! I printed my own programs, put together the goodies bags for children, bridesmaids gift bags and my hubby and daughter helped out too! I did my own centerpieces as well. It was wonderful.

Well ladies, Next Saturday is our renewal!!! I can't wait. I only have a few last minute things to wrap up. I had my final fitting yesterday and I have to tell you, I love my seamstress she worked it out... I will definitey post some non pro pictures to hold everybody until the pro pics are ready. Just in case I don't get a chance to post I want to say that I love you all, thanks for making me laugh and for all the good advice and support when I needed it the most. Also I will never forget out famous motto " Your day, your way".
