Cheating Husbands

Ladies/Sistahs....
What is going on in the world these days?...seems like everyday we are all hearing about these husbands cheating left and right.  Has the institution of marriage, commitment, loyalty, and vow respect gone mad and out the window?
I know that infidelity has been around a very long time...much longer than I've been on the earth...but my God, I can't help but ask why is all this still occurring today in this magnitude?
This craziness has gone too far...just in the last two years alone..we have seen  deteriorating marriages of athletes, entertainers, politicians, writers, etc...the list can go on and on.
What are you thoughts and opinions on this?
For many of us on this forum who are newly wedded or on the road towards marital bliss, these major faux paus can really dampen someone's spirit.

Re:Cheating Husbands

It seems like theres an epidemic because technology is quick to get this news out in the open.  The media's main goal is to get their information out first and they can do that in seconds with camera phones, twitter, TMZ, etc. Believe me, the only thing that has changed is technology.  All we can do is trust that we didn't marry a scumbucket.

Re:Cheating Husbands

I agree with you too Butterbean. An 80 year old man once told me that there are men who cheat and men who won't no matter what, they won't betray their marriage ot their relationships. He said we can see a cheater a mile off and the mistake women make is that they think it will be different for them. He won't cheat on ME, even though he cheated on someone else.
So don't expect someone who has no respect for committment to change his ways. With FB and twitter and cellphone logs,, you would think the bastards would be more discrete or at least think twice before acting the fool.
