FAVOR ISSUES

Don't worry about hurting anyone's feelings when all you can do is your best to make your wedding day its best. (I learned that from the ladies on here) Ask yourself what YOU want. Do you want to not give them favors and take extra time to cater to these 15 people? Is it worth it? These folks are there for [b] you [/b] and [b] your fh [/b], so whatever you give them should be sufficient.

don't sweat others "feelings" it's about what YOU feel.

When picking my wedding favors I could careless what people say or think. You can either take it or leave it, no pressure and no obligations.

I agree with the ladies. Do it your way. I think that the favor/place card idea is fabulous, as well as personal. You may even impress the usually unimpressed:) Have faith in your choices as well as your creativity.

You CANNOT/WILL NOT please all, nor is it your job to please anyone but GOD, your HUSBAND, and YOURSELF! It took me too many years to learn this.

I say do something low-tech for the 15 nay-sayers but give them all the same thing so it's not too conspicous that they are getting something different.

I agree with Classy, House, and Bee. I wouldn't go out of the way to impress those other 15 people. If they don't appreciate your favors, I wouldn't worry about that. You can't impress all of the people, all of the time. Remember, it's YOUR day, have it YOUR way! They should only respect that. That's my two cents.

I personally dont think that you should have to go out of your way to find something else for the 15 people who may not like the favors you pick. What if you get diffrent favors and they still dont agree with your pick, or other guest want what you picked for them. It just creates a whole bunch of new problem.
