Anyone got any cool ideas?
Since our photography package didn't include prints but actually the rights and CD with all of the pictures, unfortunately, MANY family members still don't have official wedding photos...so we are considering buying beautiful frames with 8 x 10 or 11 x 13, and give those as wedding gifts to the families...among the many other things....what about you?
Are u celebrating a special holiday or continuing a holida tradition for Kwanzaa, Hanukkah (sp.), etc?

That is a wonderful idea Bumble. It's amazing that the Holiday season is upon us. I am still clueless as to what we will be giving as gifts. My hubby and I are on a serious budget, we are saving for our house and preparing for my daughter to go to college in September so I'm not sure what to do about gifts.
In our home, as a tradition, we usually open our gifts on the Eve of Christmas. I look forard to continuing this tradition -- God has been so good to us!
Delight yourself in The Lord & He will give you the desires of your heart!Ps 37
This Christmas I'm going out and buying actual gifts for my family/friends. Past couple years, i've given gift cards and decided that was boring. It's been fun (and stressful) buying items instead of gift cards. So they know, I put my heart into the gift they receive.
I'm a married woman as of December 2, 2006.
Delight yourself also in the Lord & He shall give you all the desires of your heart.-Psalm 37:4
If I can get through all these birthdays I can focus on the holidays! I have:
Mom - Nov 30
Daughter - Dec 1
Sister - Dec 2
Nephew - Dec 14
Goddaughter - Dec 17
Aunt - Dec 18
ME - DECEMBER 20
BM daughter - Dec 23
Cousin - Dec 24
Aunt - Dec 25
and misc kids on Dec 2, 10, and 20 plus another cousin on Dec 31!
Since this is our 1st official Christmas in our new home we're getting a real tree. I'm having the train going around it and all! The kids have stockings at my mother's house that are stuffed every year. They get those on Christmas Eve. Each of my children get to pick a new ornament every year also.
