Rhony, YOU WOULD DEFINATELY MAKE SOME MONEY GIRL WITH THAT FIELD.

I am starting my own business after my wedding. It's going to be an event planning company. Primarily, weddings, but I will do other things. I have a couple of events that I could post on my resume. I love planning things. It's even better to get paid for it. :-) I've been dreaming of this for about 3 years now, but I need to get my own wedding out of the way first. :-)

My mother started an event planning business last year but hasn't had time to do much with it yet.

I have a custom made jewelry business but I usually only do special orders. I need to find time to get a website together and do more with it.

You already know my answer for this. I alreayd have my own business. I dont want to make Rosetta mad so I am not going to post it.

Event Planning,Virtual Assistant. But my dream job is to be an author. I have so many stories running around in my head!

I'd love to open up a neo-soul restaurant/lounge (NOT A CLUB). We don't have anything like that down here, tailored toward mature African americans (by that I mean, age 25-45). I'm too old for Club 84 and Riverfront, but too young for Buck & Mary's and Troy's.

I would love to the restaurant in another year and a few months. Maybe it will be up and running by then. :)

I want to become a personal trainer...and maybe someday own a gym. After the wedding I plan on getting certified. Like a couple of the other ladies on here it's been bouncing around in my head for a good while now. People already ask my advice on things like, loosing weight, weight training and running (I run various distance races here), so they come to me for advise. I plan on putting that into play and see what happens from there!

Rhony you sure would get alot of business, you would have my children all the time. LOL Especially on the weekends

That is good Rhonda, our youth need help where ever they can get it, in any form it comes as long as its positive!

I'd LOVE to see the day that all of us achieve our dreams...Rhony with the 24 Hr Daycare. My sister could run your Ft Lauderdale branch. She has all of her certifications already & one day hopes to run a child care facility. Rhony's daycare can watch the kids while we party at my restaurant. SeptBride & DWBride can plan the functions (starting with grand openings for all of our companies). Ieasha can be the go-to photographer (she has an incredible eye) and Aija can make jewelry to sell in my restaurant & Septbride's wedding clients. We can get our sweets from Bee, and hire Soontobe to keep us in shape from Bee's goodies! This is awesome, ladies.

Of course my goodies are not only finger-licking good, lip-smacking, they are also healthy, lower in fat and carbs. My family members don't know to this day....All they want me to do is bake bake bake. So I do it. I have a degree in Nutrition, and a bakery shoppe will not stop me from using it. I even took a cake decorating class to do themed and wedding cakes. Keep your eyes open. 'm looking to get on Silvia Weinstock's level. She has a website in case you all don't know the cake diva with the big black glasses is....Just google her.

I'm not sure when but I began to think of you guys as extended family. Good luck to everyone! I'm praying for you all!

If I could....(and this has always been a dream of mine) I would open up group homes for troubled teens and have my own foster home. I have a very open and gentle hear and I have heard so many war stories of some the kids living in foster homes (from my FH on) and I just want to do my part in making someones life just a little better if I can. This is why I have recently studied Sociology in school. I plan on going back to finish really soon so I can either do Probation, Social Work or be a Parole officer. Whatever I choose I want to mainly work with Juveniles, they need someone who cares about their outcome.

Rhony my FSIL and I are still in the progress of starting out 23.59 hour daycare(due to the technicallity of Cali we have to be closed at some point until we are in business for 1 full year. So at midnight we are closed then we open at 12:01am...LOL) . That is a booming business here in Cali. For all the people who work crazy hours and nights this is great and just what they need! My FH is a bus driver and he and his co workers dont have a set schedule....so I will probably be watching their kids for them at our daycare! This is a great business opportunity for anyone who loves kids!And you can do it right from home!

Girl I was thinking about going into the wedding business. I would love to purchase some land and build a banquet hall. Have a couple acres of land and plant beautiful flowers, and maybe fountains for outside weddings.

I would like to start several business.One would be similiar to Housewife's (having a full service wedding hall).I would also like to start a "Black-owned" trucking firm.Some of my employees would be single parents to work in the office.I would also hire a few ex-offenders because I feel that everyone deserves a second chance.

Rhony,make sure you have a branch in my area.My employees would benefit from your 24 hour daycare center.Lol.

I was watching documentary on one of those cable channels and saw how thomeless people with children and how the people live and are treated in the shelters. It touched me so much and made me even more greatful for what I have. I would love to open an apartment complex for homeless people, that helps them find jobs and permanent housing.
