Hey Soontobe....welcome to our elite site. Listen girl it depends on what you mean by equal numbers. If you mean the same amount of bridesmaid to groomsmen that'll depend on what you want. One guy could walk up with two ladies, or vis versa. But can you be a little specific with your question so we can help you a lot better.
Charlotte wishes you all a beautiful Christmas filled with loads of love, laughter and the true meaning of this blessed season.
Welcome soontobemrsljd. Congratulations! These ladies know so much about planning a wedding. I'm sure they can answer everything for you. Do you know about your colors or your theme for the wedding?
Welcome, soontobemrsljd! There are no hard and fast rules about this issue. You can have the wedding party walk don the aisle in any way you like. The maids can come alone single file. According to ascending or desending height-- I have even seen it done by skintone and shade of the dress. They can be placed by three's or alternating one then a couple then one of the groomsmen or bridesmaids. Many different choices. Go with whatmakes you comfortable. I had one groomsman with a bridesmaid on each arm. Four sets.

Thanks ladies your suggestions really have helped. The reason I asked the question is because my fiance has a few more groomsmen than I have bridesmaids. Our colors are red ( the color of Black Magic Roses) and green (the color of the Green Cymbidium Orchid)and ivory. We don't have a theme we just want to have a blessed, romantic, memorable and soulful wedding. Thanks again ladies.
Soontobe......can I ask you a question please......What time of the day is your wedding?
Charlotte wishes you all a beautiful Christmas filled with loads of love, laughter and the true meaning of this blessed season.
Our wedding is scheduled to begin at 5pm.
I'd asked because of your colors.....but you are having an evening wedding so that will be perfect, that rich color will blend into the beautiful evening....absolutely perfect. Congratulations girl and well done

Welcome Soontobe, to the site that can help you with everything that you need. Ask the questions and you will receive some valuable information. As far as your wedding party being alittle uneven, I think some of the suggestions that the ladies have given will work out great for you. I like the idea of a man walking down the isle with two beauiful ladies. It would be an unexpected gesture that will sure to please....And remember to have fun in whatever u do...Good luck.....
Be Blessed.....
