Is it possible.....?

I was wondering if I can have my wedding cake made at home and then have a professional iciing it.... My grandmother want to make jamaican rum cake but she's not good at iciiing the cake... Anyone know????

I would say check with your local bakeries. I dont think "big" baking companies will do that. Or maybe have your grandma give the recepie to the bakery.
