Hi Ladies, I was running this idea through my head, but I'm not sure if it is appropriate. I would like to have my daughter sing a song during the wedding ceremony (my baby can blow!!!!!). I am marrying her dad. We got back together after being apart for 10 years and realized that we can't do without one another. I thought it would be really significant to have her sing. Is it appropriate for a member of the bridal party (she is one of my maid of honors). I think this will be an extra special surprise for my FH and all of my guests.

Lorddddddddd another "Endless Love", isn't God faithful and just....perfect just perfect. I love it and to have your (yours and his) child sing marking such a significant event will be wonderful. There are no rules to who can or can not sing and your daughter will be a beautiful touch.

I think it's a great idea. My sister is a bridesmaid in my wedding and she is doing a solo. Sorry we haven't decided on a song yet.

Rosetta, he's sure to blush...It is an extremely beautiful song and when sung it is so touching..I sang it at couple weddings and was suppose to sing it at my first wedding in '94' but just could not get the words out and couldn't stop crying....Rhoda man if your daughter sings that song someone will be passing out for sure.

That song is on an album called "The Wedding Song"...that's the best I can do right now, maybe someone knows a musician that has played it before, it is really wonderful and if this site could have recorded voices, I would have sang it so you guys can hear the tune...I really hope you can find it. THere's another great song called "The One He Kept For Me" by Maurette Brown-Clark. It's on the album With This Ring...Forever I Do. It's a gospel/R&B/Spiritual Album. The lyrics are beautiful.
Rhoda...the album is called "The Wedding Song"...or I think it's a book with the lyrics and instrumental notes released in the 90's....forgive me that I do not have more information at this time, I am sure it was a book cus my choir director gave it to me to learn the words.
