MY BRIDAL SHOWER!

Thanks girl....yeah we had a good turn out. I got exactly what I wanted gift cards to Target, Pier ONe, and 2 different spas....oh yeah....and MONEY!!...lol I was hoping they would take a hint since I only registered at one store....oh yeah I also got about 6 different lingerie sets.....turned out really nice...

AWWWWW!!! Thanks alot Abeni!...that was sweet......and yes we had a great time....here's and idea for a great bridal shower game if you want to mention it to your bridesmaids. Before I got there they had the guest fill out index cards with the craziest things they want the bride to do. After they filled out the card and turned it in I was told to tell them that whatever they wrote on the card, be prepared to perform. The whole room went crazy! I was like that's what yall get!! Trying to set me up! One girl wanted me to get on the floor and grind like my FH was under me...so she had to do it....that was the girl on the floor on one of the pictures! One girl wanted me to do the booty clap!!lol...so she had to do it.....that was a really fun game...

Yeah it was fun....actually the circle was another game, basically hot potato....they passed a bouquet around until the music stops...whoever has the bouquet when the music stops is out. The game gets really funny when there are only 2 people left and they have to pass it between the two....people were getting smacked in the head with the bouque they were trying to get rid of it so fast....LOL...

Thank you Bamabride! We did have a good time...like I'm sure you will at your shower. When I walked in I was like "Wow....this is MY shower"! I'm so used to going to other people's it felt weird that it was actually for me!....

Okay, I've got a question to ask...I want of course to send out thank you cards to everyone that came and gave something for my shower. I was talking to a friend of mine about writing them up and she suggested something. She said what about sending each person a thank you e-card.....all the people that came have email address....you can send the e-cards out...still personalize each e-card and thank them without the hassle of having to purchase stamps, mail them out, write out each thank you card and all that....What do you all think about this?....

Yeah for the wedding I'll do the regular thank you cards. Thanks ladies....e-cards for the shower it is!...
