I received 2 dozens of roses (light pink and dark pink) in a red vase. The more I look at them, the more I want to make them my wedding colors. We were going to originally get married Labor Day weekend but due to school and other things we are changing the month. I was thinking December (because I saw a really pretty faux fur shawl on David's Brides http://www.davidsbridal.com/accessory_detail.jsp?stid=1743&prodgroup=38) that is very elegant and cute, but he was thinking maybe in February around Valentine's Day. I know prices especially roses are marked up like 1,000 time along with everything else, so I suggest that we get the items we may need that match our color scheme after Valentine

Ultimately Senitra it is up to you and your FH. However, you are so right when it comes to high prices around Valentines Day. I've done my research and chances are if you get married around that time you will spend more money. Phenomonique suggested March - April, I think those months are awesome and I sure you will look stunning! Congratulations!

Hey girl...welcome, you are offically Diva-rized!. Listen honey precious, like Phenomonique said March thru April are good months for those colors....my only concern thou is that while that dress is GORGEOUS....and sweetgirl that dress is totally fab....honey don't you think that it will be too COLD?..all your left shoulder blade will be out....or maybe not cause I just notice you from the "Windy City" and I am Bahamian, if the temperature gets to 75 degrees over here, we pulling out mittens and scarfs, tams, ear muffs etc etc etc..girl all in all, I just can't handle the cold and looking at your dress makes me cold....my personal motto is 'It pays to be beautiful" and if you can gat to be cold to pull that of and that is what you want, then I say....GO FOR IT!
