Paper compared to China

My fiance and myself do not have much money. We, therefore, decided to use colored paper plates in a square design using all 3 colors of the bridesmaids dresses. Is this too tacky as it will be mostly family at the reception?

Not at all! Actually it is a fun way to make your reception tie into your color scheme. If your reception is casual, this is a great way to go!

Re: Paper compared to China

this sounds like a good idea. I am too having a casual reception in the spring of 2006 and this would work for me. Thanks for the cost saving idea and good luck.
