Is anyone getting their rings sautered together after (or before) the wedding? My coordinator said its great for her bacause she doesn't habe to worry about keeping up with 2 rings.....I am considering looking into it, but I have to check with my warranties first. I don't want my warranty to become void if I alter the rings. Anyone considering this?

Wow I hadn't even thought about that. I like having my rings separate because there are days when I don't want to wear my engagement ring, for instance, if we travel late at night, interstate, out of the state, country, etc. I like having that flexibility. Also when my husband and I update our rings (and we will -- LOL!!!), I might want to interchange the sets and wear both. Althought I think it is a cool idea, personally it isn't for me.

Cool, I was just wondering.....I will see how they look together and decide then. Then again I still may wait a while.

I picked a band that my engagement ring can fit right in the middle of.I wanted to insinuate my engagement ring.

Good question I haven't thought about it. I wouldn't probably keep it seperate because You know how when you get pregnant you hand swell and you can't always wear both. I can't wait to get married I'm ready to have a baby. My FH have has two girls that I love very much like they are my own. Now I want a boy. I'm going to wait almost a year before we start to trying. But I can't wait. I know Babies was not the topic but I just felt like sharing that with my sisters I hope you don't mind.
lol, we dont mind. good luck! i on the other hand dont have to worry about my hands swelling up, my tubes are tied.

Awww, KMed! That's so sweet.
I still can't decide if I want the rings sautered. I always wear them together, so it makes sense to sauter, but what if I don't want all that bling showcased? Decisions, decisions.
I'm a married woman as of December 2, 2006.

I spoke to my FH about this and he doesn't like the idea. My ring looks exactly like Septbride's avatar but it is white gold. It is hard to find a band that matches it. I saw a lady in a store whose ring was similar to mine and I saw her band too. She had them sautered together so that is what made me think about it.
I didn't think about the warranty....

My ring is similar to askalots avator as well but the metal is platinum. I am going to the jewelers and have them design a band that my engagement ring can fit into the middle of.
