Has anyone considered giving out the Song of Solomon in a mini booklet form at the reception? IMHO it is one of the most sensuous and beautifully romantic poems ever.

im not sure, it just popped into my head today. I thought it would be a brilliant idea on cardstock tied together with ribbon.

but people don't normally think of the bible as a romantic book. the song of solomon is romantic and sexy... when he talks of drinking from her *cup*... he aint talking about getting a glass from the kitchen cabinet.

I believe we are going to use that idea of making a booklet as it is very moving to us both.
You have made us sit up and read that book of the bible on the phone tonight. He read the lovers' verses and I read the beloved's verses, we read the friends verses together.
