While I'm totally against taking drugs, I don't tell people what to do, its not my bussiness. But I will tell you one thing, my good friend took it a few times, over the course of a year, and her memory is now shot. I mean she functions fine, works, is a very smart women. But the past ten years are a blur. When ever was talk about parties we went to, guys she dated, movies we watched. Half the time she doesn't have any clue what we are talking about..
That is ecstasy... not exlax.. lol If that is what you are asking =)
Yep, mylles79 got it right....It is a memory killer, because it kills brain cells. Another side effect even after you become addicted and use is chronic and long term (only 2-3 months) is that many ex-ecstasy users facial muscles are damaged, and so they appear to be emotionless. One girl on 60 minutes who was in recovery said her face no longer smiles because its slightly paralyzed, and people always thinks she's mad, or looks old. Even when she tries to smil she can't.
Plus no one know their threshold so one pill can cause some to "trip" (if you know what I mean) and for others it takes 2 or 3.
It increases your heartrate too but unless I am making love to my husband I don't feel like having an orgasm...especially not an artifical drug-induced one.
My best friend and her husband tried it this past weekend she said it was the best sex they ever had.
I asked her why did she feel the need to take something to enhance their sex life. What ever happened to communicating.
She explained they have been having some issues lately and their communication skills always lead to fights.
She had dicussed this with a coworker and the coworker recommended it to help remove inhibitions.
She said they did alot of things they wold have never done "sober". I asked her then if you start doing things that you have never done won't it open a door for things you "shouldn't be doing".
She went to counsel with our church mother and ask the round about questions about oral, anal, and other types of sex. And was told what her and her husband do in the privacy of their bed room is their business with the exception of inviting someone else to join them.
I think she is really confused and I dont know what say.
I guess she thinks of this as a last resort to save her sex life. Or to help them communicate, she said they talked and made love all day. But how much can you remember? and did it solve anything? Is what I asked her. She didn't have an anwser so I am assuming it is a no.
WOW!!....Now that's some serious stuff! Lordy! I think maybe they need to get some Christian counseling, or if they aren't Christians, just some counseling in general. I mean if they *HAVE* to have something, maybe they can drink a couple glasses of wine or something so they can loosen up, but to start taking a very addictive drug to enhance their sex lives in my opinion is very dangerous! Especially if they can't remember what they did anyway, how does she even know it was that good, they were high you know? Again....WOW....I would definately tell her that adding a drug problem to their problems won't help their situation, they need to get some type of mediator when they have their conversations about this topic if they can't communicate at the moment by themselves....but leave the drugs ALONE....
Listen here I barely like taking Nyquil cuz i hate the way it makes me feel. Had twins natural 2 hours apart bcuz i didnt want the epidural, just the thought of not being able to feel my legs.

So something like that to me makes no sense.

LOL!!!....I must disagree about the epidural part!!! CHIL' whenever I get pregnant a sista will walk into the hospital BOOTY first!....I'm like shoot me with any and EVERYTHING YOU HAVE!!!!....Twins with no type of drugs?....You betta GO with your bad self!!!!!! lol Me and pain ya' see we dont' get along to well, so anything I can to (legal that is) to stop it....it's on!
Girl I am cracking up I asked my fh was x laxative and he looked at me like I was crazy. Like the other ladies have stated I cant tell you what is good for you, however I am not nor have I ever thought of taking any type of drugs. I have two children which I had with no medicine. I personally dont need any drugs to have good sex I have GREAT SEX every night.
Also tell your friend there are lots of books on sex for married couples that they can go and explore together. There are some books on sex written by Christians....I think that there is a lack of communication like you said. My pastor told us in pre-marital counseling too, that the bed of a married couple is undefiled....He said all forms of sex between a man and his wife only is between them. Its so sadthey had to resort to taking drugs, as if thats the only thing that they can do to loosen inhibitions. If you can't loosen them (soberly) with your husband then who can you loosen them for?
Your friend needs some serious counseling in that department....if they are not afraid to take drugs then surely they can find a specialist for married couples in that area.....I heard they usually work well for those who are willing.
Would you consider taking x?

You ladies are too funny. I'm with you Soon! I naturally had a 9 pound baby without an epidural. (Maybe that's why she's an only child -- LOL!
There is no way I would do drugs or condone anyone else doing them. It is dangerous and against everything I believe in and stand for!
