Wedding Date Ticker

Apart from it driving me entirely insane - it's Rosey's call.

Hey there Brownskinchick! I don't know if it can be done, but I must admit it is a wonderful idea!

It would be a fabulous idea! When I was pregnant with my daughter, all of the members of the board I was on had one in their signature. whenever I want to find out now, I have to go to the Wedding Channel to check.

Me too and I would rather do that here if at all possible :-)

I would love the ticker too! I too ahve to check the days on wedding channel. Oh Charly, why do you hate the ticker, it's a great idea? Is your wedding date many days away? We can easily keep up with the amount of days everyone has left. Rosey,we hope you can come up with a way to do it on this site.

You can get a ticker @ the ticker factory.com. I had one, Rosey said she liked it and thought it was a good idea. They offer intructions on how to add it to your signature box.

Thanks L_vet! I did a ticker on that site and followed the directions to add it to my hotmail email and it didn't work properly.

I got it! I can't believe it! Any of you ladies have a hotmail account? I can only get the link to show up but not the actual ticker

okay, everybody has a ticker now. How do I get one?

I went to www.Tickerfactory.com and followed the prompts. Then you cut and paste it and copy it into your Signature. Good luck!

Why is my ticker only showing the month and weeks? Is it trying to tell me something? lol I want days too!

I fixed it. Dang that seems like a loooooooong time from now! It looks shorter by months! lol

Septbride It is shorter than you think! Brownskinchick, I like tickers just fine. They can make a forum busy looking, but it sure does make them more fun! I had them at first but no one would add one so it just died with the other posters who could put them on.

They are not critiria CHarley, so don't put yours if it will drive you crazy. Some mystery is always good! [lol]

Time has a way of flying by gurl. I still can't believe that my day is almost here! BTW I like that ticker better than the other one -- lol!!!

Thanks Rony. I know the time will fly by. It's already almost 7 months since I started planning and that time has went by fast. There's another site that has tickers that looks nicer, but it's over the limit of chararcters that Rosey has set. But, this one will do it's purpose.lol

Thanks, ladies. I did not even plan it that way, I was just trying to pick an avatar and ticker that I like. They just happened to go together. I am not that coodinated ( trust me).
