Hi ladies, I'm so stressed with a lot of different things right now. And it's hard for me to forcus on the guest list which should be my number one thing to do right now. Does anyone know the best way to finalize and keep track of the guest list?

Make an excel sheet with a column across of each with the following:
1. Names of party
2. Addresses
3. Invite Sent? (Then you check off if you did)
4. RSVP returned? (They you put Y/N
5. final Number in party (Because people increase/decrease from the original # you invited)
At the bottom of column 1 and column 6 should be a total. This way you can see the number invited and the number of actual responses. Everyone that you have had to call for a verbal RSVP or if they call you, you can notate it as (Y) RSVP return, and the final # in the party-but note it was verbal.

If u r a member of the knot you can create your guest list there and then import it into Excel and it will do the set up for you.

I used the Guest List template on The Knot like Tajsia, i love it.
I'm actually using the one on the Wedding Channel.
